Rachel Hay

Owner | Technical & Education Director | senior Color & Extension Specialist

Standing at the forefront of her career since 2006, Rachel has been surrounded by amazing talent and education. "Bringing a fresh and innovative approach with each canvas helps provide a tailored end result." Rachel says. Specializing in diverse hair color and extensions, Rachel started in the Houston area studying under TONI&GUY, TIGI, and most recently Schwarzkopf. Her commitment to bringing elevated education that is highly diverse and innovative to both clients and our EDIT team is Rachel's top priority.

Alexis Garza

Junior partner | Salon Director | Senior color specialist

Hairdressing has always been in her blood. Alexis realized this industry was for her when her career didn't feel like a job but like a second home. She specializes in color but definitely wants to continue her education in haircutting. Alexis' most memorable moment was when she started her career, and no matter how hard it became, she always had her team pushing her to be better.
