Standing at the forefront of her career since 2006, Rachel has been surrounded by amazing talent and education. Specializing in diverse hair color and extensions, Rachel started in the Houston area studying under TONI&GUY, TIGI, and most recently Schwarzkopf. Her commitment to bringing elevated education that is highly diverse and innovative to both clients and our EDIT team is Rachel's top priority. Furthermore, she's educating local salons and stylists as a certified Schwarzkopf ASK Expert.

Nicole always thought about how fun it would be to become a hairstylist one day. She first started as a front desk receptionist at Toni & Guy, and since then, she has been inspired as she's watched the stylists unleash their creativity into cut & coloring hair. The moment Nicole realized this industry was for her was seeing her clients leave her chair utterly happy. It makes her day every time. Nicole specializes in cutting and styling. The most memorable moment for her was completing her education program through Toni & Guy. As a cosmetologist fresh out of school, you only learn so much before you really understand the techniques and concepts of haircutting or coloring. Toni & Guy had offered education to expand your knowledge into both fields. Since then, her knowledge of hair continues to grow every day, and she's forever grateful to be able to work for a team that continues to support one another. Teamwork makes the dream work!

With 11 years of experience, Valerie specializes in customized color, blonding, and precision cuts tailored to enhance every look. As a Schwarzkopf educator for three years, she stays ahead of industry trends, ensuring expert results. Certified in hand-tied weft extensions and formaldehyde free Brazilian Blowouts, Valerie prioritizes both style and hair health.

For over 10 years, Elle has been working as a professional behind the chair specializing in creative colors and transformational looks. From a young age she has wanted to improve the experience in the salon, and is willing to do almost any service that is asked of her no matter the hair texture, length, or style. She provides a full spectrum of services from hair extensions to alternative edgy styles. Education has always been a big part of her journey in the beauty industry, from starting out as an apprentice to now having experience as an Educator for multiple salons. She is a Schwarzkopf Professional ASK expert of 6 years, and wants to continue spreading hair knowledge and lifting up her community.

Gabby started her 22-year journey inspired by all things hair and makeup. Throughout her career, she has maintained her expertise as a total concept stylist (color/cut). She also specializes in all things Brazilian Blowout and Blondes! She is inspired by her clients every day, and she enjoys touching the lives of others in a positive way. Nothing is more satisfying to her than making someone feel beautiful inside and out. She loves being a part of a team that educates future stylists and promotes the growth of others.

Avery has practically been in the beauty industry since utero with the generational knowledge that her mother and sister have shared with her. She started her makeup journey in 2020 and she became fully licensed this February with the support of her friends and family. Her interest in this career path is strongly influenced by the arts as she plans to lead to a career in that field down the line. She often finds inspiration and motivation within her team at EDIT, and she looks forward to her future in hopes that it is as creative and out of the box as she is.

Ally has entered the beauty world with a passion for art and creativity. She portrays her passion through haircutting and is making her way through our program effortlessly. Ally finds inspiration through working hands-on with the team and seeing how the vision comes to life. She looks forward to what all the industry has to offer.

Michele pursued hairdressing because she wanted a career where she could use her creativity to make people feel good. She knew this was the industry for her when she noticed how the services she was performing brought happiness to the clients. Michele specializes in Hair Coloring techniques. Through her 27 year journey as a hairdresser, her most cherished moments are when she gets to share her knowledge with novice stylists.

Avila started her cosmetology school journey in high school junior year, after she graduated high school she passed her exams and got licensed almost immediately. She was eager to start working on her craft and break into the industry. She finds herself the most fulfilled after a successful transformation, and often finds joy in boosting the confidence of others through her work. she continues to be inspired by her team at EDIT and is excited for what is to come!

Kaelyn has always been inspired by the beauty industry, first finding a passion in makeup which led her to pursue a cosmetology license. While obtaining her license she became engrossed in the energy and passion that this industry holds and found a career that never felt like work! She continues to push herself to further her education and be the best stylist she can be. She can't wait to see how much growth she has here at EDIT and if you happen to sit in her chair in the future, she can't wait to make you feel beautiful.

Alicia began her journey into the industry because she had a passion for creativity. She was looking for a carrer path that could make an impact. With a passion for haircare and a kind heart, making people feel good is the cherry on top of her day at the salon. She looks forward to building up her skills and see you in her chair next!
