Her commitment to bringing elevated education that is highly diverse and innovative to both clients and our EDIT team is Rachel's top priority. Furthermore, she's educating local salons and stylists as a certified Schwarzkopf ASK Expert.

With 11 years of experience, Valerie specializes in customized color, blonding, and precision cuts tailored to enhance every look. As a Schwarzkopf educator for three years, she stays ahead of industry trends, ensuring expert results. Certified in hand-tied weft extensions and formaldehyde free Brazilian Blowouts, Valerie prioritizes both style and hair health.

For over 10 years, Elle has been working as a professional behind the chair specializing in creative colors and transformational looks. From a young age she has wanted to improve the experience in the salon, and is willing to do almost any service that is asked of her no matter the hair texture, length, or style. She provides a full spectrum of services from hair extensions to alternative edgy styles. Education has always been a big part of her journey in the beauty industry, from starting out as an apprentice to now having experience as an Educator for multiple salons. She is a Schwarzkopf Professional ASK expert of 6 years, and wants to continue spreading hair knowledge and lifting up her community.

Passionate about helping others feel good about themselves and confident, Andrew finds joy in bringing light and positivity wherever he goes. He believes in the power of kindness and always strives to lend a hand to those in need. He loves spending time with family, making candles, enjoying the outdoors, and going on vacations to explore new places. Hiking is one of his favorite ways to unwind, and one of his goals is to learn how to ski and travel more often. Above all, he values creating meaningful connections, spreading positivity, and creating moments that last a lifetime.

Avila started her cosmetology school journey in high school junior year, after she graduated high school she passed her exams and got licensed almost immediately. She was eager to start working on her craft and break into the industry. She finds herself the most fulfilled after a successful transformation, and often finds joy in boosting the confidence of others through her work. she continues to be inspired by her team at EDIT and is excited for what is to come!

Alicia began her journey into the industry because she had a passion for creativity. She was looking for a carrer path that could make an impact. With a passion for haircare and a kind heart, making people feel good is the cherry on top of her day at the salon. She looks forward to building up her skills and see you in her chair next!

Freshly licensed and full of passion, Zoe is a rising beauty professional with a deep love for styling, cutting and makeup. A 2024 graduate from cosmetology school and now in the cutting education course here at Edit, she is continuously expanding her skills to bring fresh, creative energy to every client she serves. Zoe's journey began with a personal mission: learning to care for and celebrate her natural curly hair texture. That same curiosity and commitment now fuels her artistry across all aspects of beauty. Her chair is a space where clients are not only styled, but seen, heard and uplifted. For Zoe, beauty is more than skin deep- it's about confidence, connection and speaking life into others. Whether she's perfecting a look or simply offering a listening ear, her goal is to leave a lasting impact from the inside out.

Stephanie is a newly licensed hairstylist with a big passion for all things beauty. She's excited to keep learning, growing, and helping people feel their best. Whether it's a fresh cut, a fun color, or just a little styling boost, Stephanie brings creativity, good vibes, and a love for the craft to every appointment. She's all about making people feel confident and cared for-one hairstyle at a time.

Michele pursued hairdressing because she wanted a career where she could use her creativity to make people feel good. She knew this was the industry for her when she noticed how the services she was performing brought happiness to the clients. Michele specializes in Hair Coloring techniques. Through her 27 year journey as a hairdresser, her most cherished moments are when she gets to share her knowledge with novice stylists.

His joy-as smile and charismatic personality has given our front desk the energy it has always needed. He is not only stunning but he is also continuing his education and following his dreams to become an RN. We are grateful to have him while he finishes college.
